This position pays $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
The position requires to be onsite in Viera, FL
We are looking for Data Entry Clerks for one of our premier clients.
- Minimum 1-year experience in data entry or comparable work experience.
- Data processing or accounting experience is highly desirable
- Accurate typing- 45 WPM/10 Key by touch
- MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Excellent analytical, spelling, and grammar skills
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent attendance and reliability with the ability to work overtime hours as required.
Your Responsibilities could include the following:
- Edit hours reported, including checking all edit/error codes and verifying data entry
- Resolve any data/ report issues directly with the employer
- Data entry of Employer Contribution Reports
- Preparation of billing, and/or credit requests
- Assist in handling billing/credit advice notices and participant inquiries as needed
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
